The personal information 2H Squared collects about you falls into one of the three following categories:

Who 2H Squared shares my personal information with

International data transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident.  These countries adhere to data protection laws which are different to the laws of your country (and, in some cases, may not be as protective).

We do not have our own website servers, our website platform is supplied by Shopify which is located in the USA, and our 3rd party service providers and partners operate around the world.  This means that when we collect your personal information, we may process it in whichever country Shopify has servers.

We have however still taken appropriate precautions to ensure your personal information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

Updates to our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical or business developments. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.  We will obtain your consent to any material Privacy Policy changes if and where this is required by applicable data protection laws.
