For peace of mind, if you’re not happy with your product choice, you may cancel your order within 14 days from date of purchase. 

From the day we receive your cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. If the cancellation  request is received after 5pm it will be treated as having been received on the following day.

As soon as we have the returned package, we will refund your order. It usually takes around 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible on your account assuming the request is made on a week day.

The returned package must be unopened and appear unused. If the returned item(s) do not appear unopened, unused and undamaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund and/or not refund at all. 

You are responsible for the shipping cost on the returned package, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side. We recommend you use a tracked service.

Kindly email the tracking code found on the postal receipt for verification as proof that the package has been returned.

As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will process the refund to your account.
