For peace of mind, if you’re not happy with your product choice, you may cancel your order within 30 days from date of purchase.
We don't want you to be unhappy, so if you open your pregnancy gift box and discover that an item has become damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Simply advise us by emailing us at email@example.com
Similarly, if you receive your pregnancy gifts and decide that you are unhappy, please advise us as soon as possible. From the day that we receive your cancellation request, you have 14 days to return the product. Returns are free during this timeframe. Please note that if the cancellation request is received after 5pm it will be treated as having been received on the following day.
Once we have received the package, we will be able to begin the process of refunding your order. Assuming a request is made on a week day, the refund process is expected to take around 3-5 business days, insofar as your refund being visible on your account. The returned items in the package must be unopened and appear unused. If the returned item(s) do not appear unopened, unused and undamaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund and/or provide no refund at all.
We always recommend the use of a tracked service and advise you of our partners during our email exchange. We will expect you to email the tracking code found on the postal receipt for verification as proof that the package has been returned.
As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will process the refund to your account.
