Shipping policy
UK mainland delivery
We offer tracked delivery at the following rates:
- Orders below £40: £5
- Orders from £40 to £149.99: £8
- Orders of £150 or more: free delivery
Despatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, are normally despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends or on bank holidays are normally despatched the next working day.
UK mainland delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after despatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been despatched.
International delivery
For delivery outside the UK mainland, please contact shippingqueries@primroseandginger.co.uk with the destination country and city so we can confirm availability, delivery charges and estimated timings. Customs duties and import taxes may apply. International delivery can take longer, including delays during customs clearance.
